Absence Procedures

Please report absences no later than 9:00am

Notify the main office before the start of the school day that your child will be absent; please leave
the reason for the absence if you leave a message on voicemail.

When your child returns from an absence, please send in a note explaining the reason for the
absence so that we have written documentation for our records.

For Changes in Dismissal, please notify the Main Office by 2:00PM.
