    Encourage your child to help set/clean off the table at home, expecting good manners! 

    We encourage playing I-Spy games at home or practicing simple riddles with your child to help keep consistency at home :)! 

    Please check out the app: Breathe, Think, Do with Sesame. This free app helps our friends to calm their bodies when they feel frustrated.

    We are continuing to practice taking a deep breath to calm our bodies or sit on a bean bag to take a minute- these strategies have been effective in our classroom to help my friends control their bodies.

    *If your family celebrated a special holiday, please bring this to our attention so we can learn and celebrate together!

    Please remember to send your child in with two healthy snacks daily. If you are struggling with trying new foods at home, please send that food item and we will work on trying the new food item together. If you would like to have your child purchase lunch at school you may set up an account at ebnet.org/child nutrition.

    Please remember to label your child's extra clothing including jackets/coats.
