Clubs/ Activities/Athletics/Academic Teams

School clubs and activities are an integral part of the educational program in the East Brunswick Public Schools.  The benefits of participating in co-curricular activities include developing leadership, organizational and socialization skills and enabling our students to explore a wide range of interests.  Clubs begin in the elementary schools where there are activities such as chorus, student council, safety patrol and art enrichment. There are also district wide beginner and intermediate bands and orchestra.  A varied array of club opportunities are available at the middle, junior and high school.

Special Education

The special education department is responsible for the educational programs of all identified and classified disabled children in the district and for evaluating and diagnosing children who are believed to be in need of special education programs. The child study team makes recommendations for placement and services.

Student Services

The Student Services Department is made up of Student Assistance Specialists and School Nurses.  These groups work together collaboratively to support the needs of the whole child.  In East Brunswick, we put a strong emphasis on social and emotional wellness.

School Counselors

The Developmental Comprehensive Career, Guidance and Academic Counseling Program is an integral part of East Brunswick’s educational system.  Our program will enable students to achieve optimal success in school, social competence and to develop into contributing members of society.
