Technology is integrated into all of our lives and, by extension, into virtually all industries and career paths. In this course, students will explore the economic, social, and political impacts of the increased integration of technology has had in our lives. In addition, students will gain real-world skills in evaluating educational and professional applications while exploring career paths in technology and customer service. Also, students will examine their understandings of the structure, best practices and ethics involved in working with technology in complex, diverse organizations.
