A Little About Me!

     My name is Katelyn Orlando and this is my eighth year teaching at Bowne-

Munro School. I graduated from Rider University in 2010. I have been a part of

the East Brunswick community for the past seven years; first as an

instructional Assistant at Warnsdorfer Elementary School  and then as a

Fourth Grade teacher at Bowne Munro School.  I am so excited to be teaching 

Second and Third grade again

this year!

   Besides learning and growing with  my  students each day I have many

hobbies I like to take part in. I love being outdoors and spend as much time

as I can at the beach or hiking.  I also spend a lot of time with my two kids Leo and Gianna.

We spent a lot of time at the pool and beach this summer.

The students will hear a lot of stories

about them in my writing!  This summer I spent a lot of time outdoors, visiting places like

Long Beach Island, Saratoga New York, playing in the pool, and going  on rides in Point Pleasant.

This is just a little about me and as the year goes on I am sure we

will share stories about all the fun things we love to do. I cannot wait to

meet all of you and learn together. I am looking forward to a fantastic year.
