General Information
Today is an A Day with periods 1-4. Just a reminder, Spring Break starts on Monday, March 25 and classes will resume on Monday, April 1. It will be a B day with periods 5-8.
Friday, April 12th is the 28th annual National Day of Silence! The Day of Silence is a national student-led demonstration when LGBTQ+ students and allies all around the country take a vow of silence to protest the harmful effects of harassment and discrimination of LGBTQ+ people in schools. If you are interested in participating in the Day of Silence this year, please scan the QR in the following link, Day Of Silence Sign Up, or on the fliers you see around the school. If you have any questions, see Mrs. Violett, Ms. Iorillo, or Ms. Morgan in the Counseling Office.
Yearbooks are now on sale. Get your yearbook for the price of $109. The price will go up beginning April 1. Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com and put in school code 5302. If you have any questions please see or email Mrs.VanDyke!
Paper statements for Dual enrollment will be available today. Students will be sent a calendar invite to pick up their paper statement from room 1428. Seniors
Seniors, Time is running out, the deadline for Senior Award Applications is Monday, April 1, There are 25 different Senior Award applications available on the main page of the High School website. Do not miss out on being awarded money for college. All are encouraged to apply! You have to be in it to win it!
Counseling Dept.
The College and Career Fair will take place on Thursday April 18, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the cafeteria. Over 100 colleges, trade schools, and military personnel will be present. This is a great opportunity to speak with representatives and start planning for your future. You MUST bring your student ID for entrance. See you there!
