• As a way to give back to all the students and staff of East Brunswick High School, the PTSA awards 2 different types of Grants:

    Teachers are allowed to submit an application for a Teacher's Grant 2 different ways: 

    • Print and complete our Printable form (CLICK HERE) then bring it to the PTSA mailbox in the main office
    • Click Here to submit an Online Grant Application.
    1. You must be a PTSA member to apply (only $8.00 per school year)
    2. Maxium amount is $250 per year
    3. Transportation are not reimbursable
    4. Grants may be submitted at any time
    5. All approved funds must be expended by the end of the school year.

    Please note the request must be approved by the board before a check can be cut.

     

    Any Student Organization may apply for a Student Grant for their club or organization. Submit a request with our ONLINE FORM

     or CLICK HERE to access the printable form. 

    1. Must be submitted by a board member of the organization
    2. The parent/guardian of the board member must be a member of our PTSA
    3. Funds must benefit the whole organization
    4. The application must be approved by the whole PTSA Board

    The EBEF also approves grants, much larger than $250. The PTSA will work with them to help fund whatever you need. Please check out their website to see how that works. 

    1. Please make sure you submit the form before purchasing what you need. The EBEF does not approval reimbursement for already purchased items.
    2. The EBEF cannot approve grants requesting food or transportation. 
    3. If the funds are coming from both the PTSA, applicant must be a member of the PTSA for this school year.

    Artist in Residence Program.

    The Art or Music teachers may apply for the Artist in Residence grant. Please find the link for the application through the Arts Education department.

    Artist in Residence money to pay for a variety of different things (set designers, choreographers, costume designers and pit musicians for the drama productions; piano accompanists for our choir students to work with; musicians/artists that work in the classroom on special projects and grade level assemblies, etc.)

     

    Other Perks

    For Teachers/Staff, the PTSA will hold the occassional raffle (number of raffles depend on how many staff members we get this year) for our members.
