Ms. Rice began her School Counseling career at East Brunswick High School in 2014 and most recently joined the Churchill Junior High School team in December 2022. As a graduate from Monmouth University with a bachelor's degree in public relations and master's in education, Ms. Rice believes one of the most important components of life is to build relationships and make connections with other people. Ms. Rice’s goal is to support students in developing these skills. She utilizes a nurturing and direct counseling approach to support students in problem solving, conflict resolution, academics and future planning. On her personal time, Ms. Rice values time with her family and friends.  You may find her relaxing at the Jersey Shore, indulging in a delicious pasta dish at the newest restaurant, or watching Netflix on the couch with her kitten Hootie.
