Jennifer Sislian joined the CJHS Counseling team this summer!  Prior to this, she was a counselor at EBHS since 2003, when she moved to New Jersey from her home state of Virginia.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Mary Washington College and holds a Master of Education in Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University.   Outside of counseling, she enjoys living near the beach in Point Pleasant having fun with Mr. Sislian [EBHS English teacher you may meet along the way!], their 6-year old son, Jackson, and mutt Galadriel [for all you Lord of the Rings fans out there!]  She also loves yoga, reading, and is a huge baseball fan [Go Nats – 2019 World Champs!]  Mrs. Sislian is a believer in self-care, self-empowerment, and the value of laughter.  She is excited to assist her counselees in approaching each day with the confidence and positivity that will enhance their experiences in school and in life!
