• Good afternoon everyone! I am making some changes to the website at this time and learning a little more on how to make it best accessible for you! In the mean time I wanted to say that I miss you all very much, and I miss watching you all succeed in your sports! I hope everyone is staying safe and everyones families are safe. I know that times like this are extremely uncertain but it is important to stay posiitve and focus on YOU time. Pick up an at home hobby, start learning yoga or pilaties, take your dog on a walk (6 ft away from people), learn that new recipe and take some time to set goals. If you are a person that needs to maintain a schedule, write in your planner on what you want to achieve everyday. Pick a new spot in the house or in the backyard to do school work. New scenery is a good for our mental health and allows us to do something different each day. I hope that the weather starts to stay warm so you can spend most days outside, I know that I am trying to go in my backyard and do work, read, exercise or just hangout! We are all in this together and this will come to an end soon.
