    East Brunswick Public Schools provides a supportive and dynamic environment for the entire community intended to cultivate knowledge, provide continuous learning opportunities, and promote health on behalf of our students and community. 

    Current EBPS Community Notices      

     

    East Brunswick Public Schools along with the East Brunswick Municipal Alliance for Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, will hold a Parent University for the viewing of the documentary, “Angst,” highlighting the impact of anxiety on children. After the viewing, Dr. Allen Weg, of Stress & Anxiety Services of NJ will discuss, "Responding to Anxiety in School-Aged Children: A Primer for Parents," followed by a Q & A session. This event will be held Thursday, January 30th at 7 PM in the Media Center at the High School.  Please see flyer for more information.

    Memorial School PTA will be having a Dine to Donate at Panera Bread located in Brunswick Square Mall (755 State Rt 18) on Sunday, January 19th from 4PM - 8PM.  Simply show the attached flyer when placing your order and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Memorial School PTA.

    East Brunswick Health and Wellness Fair will be held on Tuesday, January 28th in the EBHS Cafeteria from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.  Please see flyer for more information. 

    East Brunswick Public Schools Community Programs Department is happy to offer both Citizenship and High School Equivalency Programs at no cost.  Space is available in both programs, and it is open to not only East Brunswick residents, but also to surrounding towns.  

    • The Citizenship Program runs from October until May. Classes are held on Monday’s and Wednesday’s in meeting room #3 at the East Brunswick Public Library.  Classes run either from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM or from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM dependent on class level.  To register, please call Community Programs on 732-613-6983.
    • The High School Equivalency (HSE) program runs from October until May.  Classes are held Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at East Brunswick High School.   We are not a testing center but offer preparatory classes to pass the TASC test.   To register, please call Community Programs on 732-613-6983.

    The East Brunswick Blackhawks Girls Lacrosse will  hold a Lacrosse Social & Informational Parent Meeting & Registration on Sunday, February 9 from 7:00pm-8:00 PM at The Community Arts Center.  The team is open to girls in Grades 3 - 8 in East Brunswick, South River, Spotswood, Milltown, Helmetta, Jamesburg, Old Bridge and any other town with no lacrosse team of their own!  Please see flyer for more information.
