Plot: Henry DeTamble is a man distraught over his uncontrollable time traveling. He never knows where or when he is going and he struggles to stay in the present with Clare, the love of his life. This may seem hard for Henry but it’s even worse for Clare when she wakes up on countless days to find that he is gone, never knowing if he will return. A doctor tries to find a cure despite everyone’s oppositions to his beliefs. When they think all efforts are futile, they are given a miracle that makes them believe.

Plot: This is a book about a guy who travels throughout time. It is the tale about how his and other peoples lives are affected by his actions. It sounds like a science-fiction book but it its not. I wouldn’t classify it as a girly book but I don’t know if a guy would necessarily enjoy it. It does have a long and twisted love story as the plot, yet there are other elements to the book as well.
Why read? I really enjoyed this book. Although it was about 600 pages, I read it in three days which is very unusual for me. It keeps your attention very well and when ever you think it is about to get boring, something happens that catches your attention again. It isn’t confusing, because you know what is happening throughout the book but you don’t always know how it is happening but by the end of the book most of your questions are answered. I would definitely recommend this book to read if you are looking for a book that gets you wondering.
