Additional Reviews:
Endwar by: Tom Clancy and David Michaels
Recommended by: Ryan D.
Plot: Endwar begins years
into the future where the Cold War’s super powers, Russia and the United States,
have begun another war. In this future the Middle East has destroyed itself with
its own nuclear missiles, the European Union, the Russians, and the U.S. are at
open war with each other. Terrorist groups are financed by these three
superpowers to attack each other, primarily the U.S. and E.U. against Russia.
Russia then attacks the U.S. through Canada, a neutral nation, in an attempt to
end the war. The only question is whether the U.S. can hold off this assault and
attempt to end the war on their own terms.
Why read? In this novel Clancy and Michaels
paint a vivid picture of a possible future for the world. The story shows not
only the hardships of those enduring the war but also the political aspects as
well. A deteriorated future for the Earth is made extremely plausible as these
nations go to war in an attempt to save and destroy different aspects of the
life on this planet.

Why read?
A fast-paced, non-stop adrenaline rush awaits the readers of EndWar. As
the plot thickens and military secrets become darker and darker, the United
States of America and Russian Federation become more and more entangled in each
other's way. Each chapter ups the ante in preparation for the next Russian
action and has the reader asking: Who is Snegurochka? What is Operation 2659?
Where is Green Vox? Will this really happen?

Plot:
The story is a fictional account of World War III. The story starts with
the U.S. successfully capturing a Russian Colonel, named Doletskaya. The
Russians decide to invade Canada, wishing to gain land and oil, and as a result,
the U.S. sends its JSF (Joint Strike Force) to stop
them. Throughout the rest of the story, many different battle scenes, all land,
air, and sea, will occur. Both sides face various challenges and once into the
story, there will be a major twist. Throughout the entire book the two main
questions you need to answer are "What is Operation 2659?" and "Who is
Snegurochka?". Eventually, the questions will be answered, and the answers will
not be what you expect.
Why read?
This book is worth reading if you like action, manipulation, and war
scenarios. This book seems very realistic, from the specific weapons each
country uses to the terms and code names used. This is a very fast pace book and
has many different scenes all going on at the same time. I believe this helps to
make the book better because you will always have something new and in the end
everything fits together. This was an adventurous book and takes
you on a rollercoaster.

You won't be able to put the book down.
Reviewers Note: The 400 page novel may seem
overwhelming at first but it reads extremely fast.
