View Governor Corzine's recent presentation: Revising NJ's School Funding Formula - Key Parameters & Policies

It is important for community members to communicate with their elected representatives on matters of importance. Encourage your state legislators to pass and fund a school funding formula that fairly distributes state aide to school districts and recognizes the need for categorical aide to fund special education. Failure to fund the current school funding formula is the major factor in the escalation of property taxes. We have provided a sample letter and links to their websites where you can express your thoughts, concerns, ideas and questions to those officials. For more information visit the Garden State Coalition of Schools website.

*The sample letter is provided in Microsoft Word format
